I have 2004 Sabercat 700EFI with electric start.The shaft broke where it comes through the left side frame.Found the gear and partial shaft in the belly pan.To replace it from the backside of the frame it looks like motor puller to me.Any advice?
You should be able to rotate the engine forward after rooming the exhaust, engine mounts, etc. This is what I did on an 08 Crossfire 600 to install electric start.
