buddy needs help

friend bought a new 2012 AC lxr 1100 Z 3 RECALLS ok but 1.5 mi down the trail no forward couldnt figure it out put in reverse to get back and reverse goes out any ideas

When this happened to me, track was too tight and hyfax melted....track stuck to hyfax.

He seriously drove a mile and a half in reverse? Why even mess with it? Straight back to the dealer is what I would do.

no only .5 mile then reverse went out......... sorry I will put tech t thank u

no oil in the chaincase?
