Just though I'd pass this along.
The other day at work we got a phone call. The guy says this is your credit card (swiper) company,the last transaction didn't go thru I need the authorization number. Well the person who took the call at first was oh ok but then realized something was fishy and put him on hold. Well the caller hung up. So we called our credit card swiper company and asked them if they had called. Of course they said no. Then proceeded to say the next thing he would have asked for was the cc # and or v code.
