Cable area trail conditions

Thinking about a last minute trip to the cable area in the next day or two, can anyone give an update the conditions this week? We will have some experienced riders as well as a couple first timers. How are the condo's at Lakewoods? I have heard that they aren't the best kept??? Thanks.

Was in Drummond, Barnes, Delta, and Iron River last weekend. Not Cable but not too far away. Trails I rode were decent. I'd avoid trail 4 north of Delta. Heard 31 south of Iron River is iffy. Also heard going north from Namekagon to Ashland is a mistake.
