I was just talking with the 2nd in command yesterday about things and he said they hope to have that and airport rd all done before the snow flies in earnest. Based on the forecast, that might now happen!

Really was too bad it took so long to get the FEMA declaration, then the weather was pitiful for trying to get work done. Something like 35 out of 38 days from mid Sept through all of Oct with some kind of precip in them.

I really do not know the exact conditions they can still work in, but looks like the first shot of arctic air will arrive the second half of this week and bring some LES. Too far out to say just how much, but certainly looks to be enough to accumulate and at least several inches.

If it's an asphalt roadway, any temperature below 40 is not good for placement. Issues with the asphalt losing temperature too fast and getting the appropriate amount of compaction gets difficult. Plus frost, cant build a roadway on frozen ground. Anything is possible if you throw enough money at it.
