I actually have one of those - canvas, with the two holes for the bungee cords, says Slush Guard in pink. Bought it about 20 years ago before I got the enclosed trailer.
Now it sits over the back of my Rush where the cover that's too short doesn't fit.

LOL - I don't think they're made anymore. You would think snowcaps or someone would make one.

In perfect shape yet, it's pretty heavy duty canvas. Will be around long after I'm gone.
