Captain Sully Retires

This afternoon after boarding a plane in Fort Lauderdale we taxied towards the runway and had to wait to take off when the Captain said the Captain Sully the pilot from the plane that landed on the Hudson was about to take off. , Imagine my surprise to find out it was his last fight Very Cool.

Saw that on the news.

Can't say that I blame him. He has spent a lifetime in a high risk profession and dodged a big bullet on the Hudson. May have realized that it was time to call it good and get while the getting was good.

He** of a thing he did that day on the Hudson though, saved a lot of lives.
