I am wondering if anyone can give some input on carb settings/adjustments for a 1992 arctic cat wildcat 700.

My neighbor just bought one and knows nothing about sleds....I ride Polaris....and dont know what the settings or adjustments should be at. i know that the 98'ish zls idle around 2300 or so,(but there clutches dont engages unitl 42-4400 rpms), that seems really high for this wildcat, the clutch engages at 3000rpms.

I was messing with the throttle stop screw and it seemed to help a little but its a fine tune job between to much and to little.

Anybody got any ideas on what the really idle rpms should be at for this sled, or what the throttle stop screw settings should be. any advise on this sled would be great.

Thanks for all and any help!

Air mix screw to 1 turn out and 1 1\2 max

Idle screw to desired rpm

Engagement is to low because the primary clutch spring is worn out. Put in a new spring and go through clutchs.
