carb tuning for 03 rmk 800 help plz

well after f%^&ing up my other carbs i got a set of new ones. i have a hot seat single pipe and a aaen can with slp air horn and boost bottle. i have 500 jets in and the needle e clip 3rd from bottom. how do i adjust my fuel screw? and air screw? any help would be appreciated need to get sled running right.

The general rule of thumb is to bottom each out but do not tighten just snug them when you do that back them out by 1 and a half turns and adjust from there.
