Carbon fiber full face helmet?

I've been searching for a carbon fiber full face helmet for my wife and all I find are the open face styles. Has anyone had any luck finding one of these?

I did see that Bell helmet, that is a crazy price! Great looking helmet though. Looking for something more reasonable. Thanks!
