I have a 2001 zrt 800 and front heat exchanger is leaking does anyone know if this is part of the tunnel or is it replaceable. it is leaking at right side of bellypan right at the back have checked all hose connections in motor compartment and found no leaks

I have had a few welded from studs .try pressurizing tank with air compressor that should make the leak come out with some force and be less hard to find and may as well pull the skid and track to get a good look

we used a pressure tester had 13 pounds pressure same as my rad cap and it held pressure for 2 hrs. as soon as the pressure was let off it started leaking will not leak while running as soon as I shut it off the leak starts again right bottom corner of front heat exchanger very strange

after pulling away the belly pan its leaking from the front cooler. The cooler seems to be welded into the bulkhead no way to get it out to have it welded

I looked it up and it does appear that that cooler cannot be replaced without some welding involved.
Here is an exploded view of the cooling system on your sled. Notice that the front cooler has no part number.

where you at I know of a light weight 144or136 Mountain thunder n0 motor or clutches .has been used as a drag sled for many yrs all shaved ice stuff.lightened where ever possible was running a undisclosed cc big bad motor.motor was pulled last week to to go in to "trail-lake race"sled think full rolling chassis is around $1500. look up S-351 on hardcore sledder it is his roller he would have picks.sled it self is verry verry clean low mileage all mi 1000ft at a time on shaved ice .would make a ez drop your motor in to and go
