It's between the carbs. You will see a steel piece with a plastic end. You can adjust it from the top but you can't put it back together, you must go from the bottom to get it back together. It sound hard but it is really not. I went two turns on the steel rod to shorten the pull, and i'm still a little rich. But you need to check how much it oil it burns before you turn it anymore.
