i had to order a new cdi box for my sled 98 formula 3 it has a dess system on it do it need to have it matched to new box or is it a plug n play ?any help will be app. thx
I have a friend with the exact same sled. He had to put a new cdi in 2yrs ago. He had to take it to the dealer once he installed it and have it timed/synced.
To the original poster of this thread. What was your CDI doing that made your sled not run right? We are having a problem with our '98 FIII 700. Would like to know if it's truly a CDI before we spend over $200 on one.
