Holy crap, just got done rejetting my 06 600 switchback for going out west next week. They sure have made this a lot tougher than it used to be. This used to be a 15 minute job, now it took 15 minutes just to get the dang airbox out. Then another 15 minutes to get carbs to where I could work on them Then trying to get the airbox back in was an exciting challenge. And trying to see if you have the mag side boot on is next to impossible. All told, it took me two hours to jet and change clutch weights. Not loooking forward to changing it back when I get home.
I do think when I get back though I am going to put 400 mains in instead of the 420's I just took out.
