Charter Fishing from Racine Kenosha area?

Anyone recommend a good charter boat from that area? Just looking for a good time and catch a few with decent price. Went on one a few years ago and lost the guys name, I think he was a lender at a bank? Any recommendations?

Another place to look into is Lucky Dog Charters out of Winthrop Harbor. We have gone with them before.
