So over the weekend Maximum Always and I were having a heated text message discussion over who had the better chili. The pictures don't really do it justice lol, but what kind of chili do you guys like?

Option A: Keep it simple - meat and tomatos

Option B: Everything but the kitchen sink, meat, tomatos, beans, onions, celery, carrots

I like everything in it, but I LOVE chili, so I would probably like it anyway it was made. You would have to try hard to screw up chili for me.

My wife has won a few Chilli competitions and the everything including the kitchen sink is what it takes. Pic. 1 looks like what the guys on "Gold Rush" would of panned, when pic 2 looks like it has gold.

Blutooth, I guess you had to take a close up to avoid questions regarding how much of your chili was actually eaten? In reality your picture is most likely just a close up of the toilet after someone took a spoonful.

I like my chili hot. I have a never ending supply of dried peppers and powders.

I have a close frind who grows peppers just for sauces and chili.
This is his blog. Lots of info... http://www.thepepperseed.com/

I keep the deep freezer stocked with chili. MAke it in big batches and freeze it in glad disposable plastic containers. I know what I am having for dinner now.

And he's still jabbin' at ya......that's cold man...LOL. I like "everything" chili too. The right spices and amount of chili powder are key I suppose. Not a big fan of spicy though, just lots of stuff

Give me meat, beans, onions, tomat's, green pep's, but good god do not make it "spicy", for me that just ruins it.

meat and tomat's is good for a chili dog, but that's it IMO.
