Choke Adjustment

I have a 1998 Polaris with the Fuji 488 using Mukini 38 MM carbs. The choke seems to be overly sensative. Can't find adjustments anywhere. Help, please.

I us to put a 1/16 drill bit in the air hole and let the choke plunger down till it just touch the drill and then locked the cable. This left about 1/16 " free play in the cable & stopped any chance of chocking the engine when hot. works real well on most sleds. Good luck!! be sure you have free play in the cable & choke plunger does not touch the bit this gives you max choke as long as the hole is wide open. be sure to have choke on when doing you settings.

where are you putting the drill bit? from what I can tell you are putting it under the lever on the dash.
