The time when posts are made is off by 6 hours or so. Can it be reset?

Where under User CP? I see the time listed at the bottom of the page but no link to changing y=the posted time.

Click on User CP, then Options & Settings, then Edit settings. You then have to scroll down a ways to the time and click the time zone you are in.
