closest spot for a day or two ride wi mn

Looking for a place to ride this weekend our club had reservations in McGregor MN but had to cancel. How are the trails around spooner WI area? Or anyone know how the munger trail or trails around cloquet any good? Hayward conditions or if the trails around Iron River will be good this weekend?

I think the area that is the furthest ahead in terms of snow right now is NE Minnesota, north of Two Harbors. I believe most of the trails are cleared now, and with the cold weather, they should have even the secondary trails in good shape by the weekend.
