Coast Guard Festival Grand Haven

This festival runs from July 29th to Aug. 7th with fire works at dusk downtown on the 6th. Visit the entertainment tent we are having in the fifth third bank and Eagle parking lots on Thurs. Aug.4th thru the 6th. Cover charge is minimal and beers are cheap! Thursday band is yet to be determined. Friday we have FIREHOUSE a national band. and on Saturday afternoon we have the SCOTTVILLE CLOWN BAND and Saturday evening L.A. GUNS.

I should be there next weekend, I'll stop by if I'm there. I was born in Muskegon and my parents have a vacation place in Shelby.

One week of coast guard festival! I really need a job. Bacon on everything is going to catch up with me. Sitting on the boat, hope everyone is having a great day.

I'm not sure when we're coming up. Most likely Saturday. I'm driving over Friday morning. Should be a great time, however I'm not looking forward to driving thru Grand Haven on my way up. :)

Hit the side streets. When you pass Meijer turn left on Robbins Rd. Go over train tracks and turn right at first stop sign. That road runs parallel to 31 and you bypass all the traffic. It runs just west of 31. There are some fancy green and gold road signs to direct you to downtown. Visit me at the Eagle club at 2nd and Washington. I am working the popcorn booth there. (I really neeed a job).lol

beer tents to the bands is only $5 per night. Wayland thursday, firehouse friday, LA Guns on saturday and major league fireworks saturday at dusk.

Grand Haven total mad house. We are selling glow stix, popcorn and 16oz can coozies. It is all over this year. Thank you for attending. We raised over$ 100,000 for charity in 3 days.
