Well, it seems these guys really might have bit the dust. Since sending in my broken communicators in February I have heard nothing.

I have called umteen times only to have the phone ring off the hook. They started a new website last month and I emailed every contact they listed. No response.

Now I tried calling again today and found the phone disconnected.

Any feedback out there?

Seems to be the norm for them. I bought 2 new units last fall and the same thing, never answered the phone or e mails. Finally got through on the phone after a month and my order was processed. They said they were overloaded with military and government related business.

I sold them back in about 1991 or 1992 and it was the same issues then, except we didn't have e-mail. We would order some and they would never come and they wouldn't answer the phone and when you finally got in touch they were always to busy and had military contracts. You would think they would be a little more organized 20 years later but it sounds like things havn't changed.
