Copper Harbor Saddlebag trip superbowl weekend. Conditions and info??

Supposed to be saddlebagging from Wi up to Barga, Copper Harbor, Silver City and back next weekend. Havent really seen any reports up in those areas probably because of the COViD situation. I know snow is thin in WI. Curious how the UP is in those areas. Also curious if gas station is open in Sidnaw. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

The wife and i rode that area the first week in January and put on 1674 miles in a week with mostly good conditions. They haven't had a thaw since then and have received more snow since so i imagine they're pretty good. We rode to Sidnaw last week from Shingleton and back and it was pretty darn good !

Rode from Houghton to copper harbor on Saturday, Some big rocks sticking up in the snow around Mohawk but once you got a little north of there trails were decent. There was a lot of traffic but the groomer was out. If they get more snow on Friday it should be great.

We trailered from Baraga to Calumet Sunday, rode to Copper Harbor and back conditions were real good. Yesterday we rode from casino in Baraga to Big Bay. Conditions were good once you get past L'ance. Not enough snow for my liking in Baraga and L'ance for all the road crossings. Plus plenty of rocks but a few good snow days it could change. We talked to two groups saddle bag trip to houghton and they said Munising was rough mostly from all the traffic.

Going to be cold for a few of the days so be prepared for that, where in Wisconsin are starting from?
