Copper Peak Hill Climb in 2022?

Anyone hear anything on whether they will have the hill climb this year at Copper Peak or Whitecap Mountain? I looked on their website and really nothing about it.

We will not be having the event again. They could've done it again this year, but they're worried about hill damage. We appreciated that they allowed us to bring back the event for one year at least. We do have another possible location, but there's no way to have it ready for this winter. Hopefully February of 2024 if all goes well we'll have the new location ready, as of right now there will be a Hill Climb at Whealkate Bluff in South Ranger which is a good event.

Years ago I volunteered to be a guy on the hill grabbing sleds that didn’t make it. Great event w great peeps. Love any hill climb
