COVID-19 and Free Colledge Tuition in MI

Gov Whitmer recently announced if you are an essential front line worker in the battle against covid in MI you qualify for a free college education. She says it is the first such plan in the nation.

I'm all for giving our front line workers something extra for putting their lives on the line everyday, but for a lot of folks I'm sure they rather have something else than free college. Anyway my garbage man can now get a free college education.

I don't want to get political here, but Whitmer is presently 2nd or 3rd on Biden's vp list so it is very possible she could be our future president.

when it comes time to sell another museum to pay for this, it will be political. the whole workforce is essential, and nothing is free.
