Crivitz, WI trail conditions?

According to Travel Wisconsin, the trails are good in this area. Are they really? Thinking about driving up for a day ride this weekend.

North of Athelstane was really good. We stayed at lakeside bar and grill. Stay for two nights 80 bucks for the rooms with a 40 dollar voucher to spend at the bar.

You can ride out of Crivitz but if you spend a little more time in the truck to head north or west it will get better. Nobody up that way has had a ton refresh snow so it can by icy and gravely in few areas. They are grooming what they have. It’s worth the trip since the temp and sun will soon take their toll. Check out ironsnowshoe or dungood club websites or facebook pages.

That sounds like a good deal. May have to see if they have a room instead of the Crivitz Lodge. It's not that much further.

Italian inn in amberg. Four seasons in pembine(high end). Goto dungood website and look for a rental link. Also high falls flowage area west of crivitz has places such as hilltop resort.
