I do not have an answer for you but I will give you some info I did dig-up for that area. Try the Facebook pages for either the Wells Creek Riders (Frontenac) or the Cliff & Coulee Climbers (Lake City). I have a MNUSA MNSNOW Rider Assist Directory that lists a Wayne Dudley in Lake City (651/764-4345) that may be able to give you info. If not try to call the Frontenac Golf course this Saturday, it is the local vintage ride and they may be able to guide you to someone there that knows. Hope one of this helps you, Good luck.
