Can anybody provide a realistic trail report for the Crosslake, Breezy Point, Emily area?? I haven't been up since the Jan 16th weekend and want to know if it is worth making the trip. The lakes were fine but would really like to hit the trails if they are not beat up or bare. Thanks!!

Nisswa, Cross Lake, Pequot Lakes

Does anyone have an update for trail conditions around the Nisswa, Cross Lake, Pequot Lakes area?

We are heading to Breezy Point this weekend and were really hoping to ride!

Thanks!

I have a buddy that has been up at his condo at Breezy Point this week, and he says the trails are done there for now. Not only little or no snow, but some trails actually have mud. It sounds like if you trailer up to Walker or Emily, there might be a little more snow, but the forecast looks bad. 40+ by the end of the week.

If you really want to ride, in MN, go up to the Arrowhead. Mine is already parked. Another lame Brainerd lakes winter. Loading the golf clubs up and road tripping to Nashville, then Mobile, then Houston, and back. I might as well put miles on the car and not the sled.

Also, if you are on Facebook, look on the Ideal Sno Pro's page. They usually give a pretty realistic trail report, along with grooming reports (if it ever snows again).
