Door Gasket Sticking Solutions?

As my truck has been hooked up to my trailer and not thawed out in some time, my door gasket is "frozen" to the door on a pretty regular basis and is pulled away from the truck body when I open the door. There must be some solution like silicon or WD-40 that will not allow the moisture to stick and not be hard on the gasket. Any thoughts?

food grade silicone only.lubricating type has solvent carrier that will destroy rubber.PAM non stick cooking spray or armorall are the best solutions.

vaseline and or good lithium grease
we used to use this on a lot of clam shell trailers that had a habit of freezing to the decking!

another easy deal is, if you have a small say 1-2 gallon hand pump sprayer
fill inside house (as most folks have hose lines off this time of yr )
with warm soapy water and actually wash the door jams and remove a lot of the build up crap that is freezing on you

gather you could even use a good winter blend windshield washer fluid to wash them too??
no re freezing them?

Million dollar idea...heated door perimeter.

Or, it could be like the new style 19 Rams; mine allows the salt spray to get into the door jamb while driving and the salt keeps the seals from freezing.
Idiots, no wonder why Rams are the first trucks to rust out of the big 3.
