Was looking at the Keweenaw Snowmobile Club maps on their site and noticed the above trails. Are these usually passable? They are noted as being partially signed and groomed on the maps. Any feedback on these two would be appreciated. Already dreaming up some routes for the season!!! Thanks in advance for any feedback.
Dreamland Trail and Portage Trail

The Dreamland trail is maintained by the Valley SnowDrifters Club, basically based out of Dreamland. They do groom, although much of the trail across Point Mills (area between Dollar Bay and Dreamland) is on roads due to easement issues.
The "Portage" trail is a local access trail connecting some of the businesses up the hill from downtown Houghton to the main trail by Houghton. I do not believe it is groomed, but there is some signage.
