Dreamland Trail

Has anyone recently been on the Dreamland trails? With temperatures forecasted to stay BELOW zero all day Thursday, this might be the way to go? Inquiring minds...

Dollar to Dreamland. There is a quite a bit of road running. I ride paddle track long tracks and didn't have a problem. I would of preferred it to be a little less but it is what it is.

Here is the Valley Sno Drifters facebook post from Christmas Day. They are a small club that maintains that section so if you're over that way be sure to put a few bucks in their trail fund jar, they can really use any help you can give.

Grooming has begun on the trail to dreamland and Leblanc from lake linden use extreme caution as wet spots and low snow areas do exist please remember to respect the trails and activity that may be taking place such as logging remember to slow down and get out of the way for logging equipment or else those companies that work with the snowmobile community will be forced to shut down the trails because conditions will be unsafe! Trail 122 is open up to the beginning of our trail system however that is as far as it is open! Be sure to check out Michigans keweenaw peninsula for trail reports from twin lakes to Copper Harbor!! Merry Christmas!!

Here is their FB update from 9:00 PM EST 12/27/16.

With the fresh snow falling tonight it should make for some awesome conditions ahead!
Trails are rideable and in pretty decent shape with some wet conditions still present!
Please remember to respect the trails and others using them. The groomer will be
out tomorrow to continue to improve the conditions!!

"bare [sic] with use [sic] as We are working on getting the water holes to freeze."?
(Is that how they get the water holes to freeze, by skinny dippin'? like ye olde nekkid Polar Bear Dive? Brrr! :cold: )

We went about 1/2 way down the trail and the signs were covered and alot of yellow tape. i didn't feel comfortable that they were open so we turned around. This was on 12-28-16.
