Interesting that they had to put safety cones around it so people wouldn't try to drive over it. Even with the lane closed sign.

Looks like someone shoveled off the roof not self cleared.

You think the designers would have done the layout better. Or heck even some of the folks who had to decide to do it. I believe that last little roof, closest to the drive lane is a cover over a storage area but still, why angle the roof towards where cars need to go.
