Dual carbides for IQ skis

I bought some woody's slim jims recently but I think I'm going to go with the Polaris brand dual carbides.

What kind of caulk would you use to put in the old ski holes?

Has anyone used these before?

You don't have to do anything with old holes, the plate that the duallies mount on covers up that area.Any gaps would likely be filled with ice and snow quickly anyways.
