Here's my question - recently a friend of mine got a DUI, driving his car not his sled. It's his first offense.
He hasn't yet had a court date set nor has he called an attorney. He said that he automatically loses his driver's
license for 90 days. Does anyone know whether it's still legal for him to ride his sled in MN? I called the MN DMV in
St. Paul and they said to call the DNR's main office so I tried that but that person didn't seem to know the answer. I probably
should call a local DNR office and ask to speak with someone in enforcement but for now I'll throw the question out there and
see if anyone else has experience with this.
