Got up and close to this one. I know it's kind of gross with it eating a deer but we got so close to this one and had the camera set so we got a couple of shots. I'd have to say we were within 30 feet of it. Here are a couple shots.

Sorry I only had 3 pix on my SD card so I just resized em all and didn't save the originals. We have an eagle hanging around my place. If I catch a good one I'll shoot it to ya.

northern Wi. he was sitting on big rock with another one. they were enjoying some road kill. they flew into tree before i got camera out. my son and i were within 10 ft. from them. pulled truck right next to them.

Awsome pics. We have one that built a nest not too far from our house. It is amazing how large a nest they build.
