Made a quick investigation run on Saturday.Unloaded in Eagle River by Best Western at 9:09 , not even intentional , was actually the 1st 2 sleds on the trail heading North (GROOMED ) and was actually alot better than expected. Headed to Land o lakes and up to Watersmeet , (not groomed) from there headed to Sidnaw ,Mass, back down to Bruces Crossing (only groomed around Mass) but actually pretty decent , headed back to Eagle River and had 231 miles. Sleds ran great and both of us were happy we made the run. BTW my buddy has the Poo 850 and had no troubles. Headed back up Wednesday AM with Son and 2 other buddys.

I started out of Land O lake Friday till Monday afternoon. The Wisconsin groomers did a great job for what they had to work with. Boulder to Lando was really good. I would ride more towards Kenton and Sidnaw if I was going up. 13 North of Gogebic was groomed but not the Rockland part that could of changed. My Dad is in Houghton right now and said the trails were really bad but too many people in the area. Well 835 miles for the few days not too bad but can feel it.

Harvest I agree about Wi. Trails and have heard all the trails that were not groomed on Saturday are now being groomed. (Iron River,Watersmeet, Bruces Crossing/ Sidnaw) I couldnt imagine running around by Houghton on any weekend much less a Holiday weekend. just dont and wont do it , way too many other good areas with much less traffic.

Parkview and The Mosquito ran out of food it was packed. 109 Twin Lakes to Greenland was in good shape. Or we try to stay east
