Early to mid 90's arctic cat hesitation

I remember seeing alot of posts about the cats bogging/hesitation off and idle trying to accelerate. I remember it was the TSS, and you could disconnect one of the wires( I think it was the brown one) to bypass the system, and the tether and key would still work correctly. Anyone know for sure which wire it is?? I know the TSS switch will need to be replace, but in a pinch on the trail in the middle of nowhere this info would be handy.

I believe there was a plug you could buy to bypass it. I think on one of them we just disconnected and had no problem.

Hey, thanx for the replies! I know about the plug that comes in the tool-kit. Thought that if you just unplug them at the carbs, you would lose the thether or the key from working?

You won't lose the key..not 100% sure about the tether but I think that you don't lose that either.
