Elusive Buggers!

Well, I picked and picked and I've landed some Blackberries. We were able to freeze some for later but I hope to get out two more times to pick before they are done. Seems like the critters got a bunch of em this year too.

The problem with me and berry's is 1 for the basket and one in the mouth.

Blackberry's are all done here....land o lakes/watersmeet border area. Been picking for 2 weeks and got 30 half pints of jam made, about 4 more quarts frozen and the wife got 3 fresh cobblers made over the last week or so too. It seemed they came early here and were a bit stunted with no "huge" berries being found. The only critters I had to contend with as far as I know were my 15 month old daghter and my dog, darn 'em.
