I bought some powder pro skis (based on sound advice from others on this site) over the internet. They came quickly from Extreme Parts,...a company "on the ball",...I was pleased. Turns out one of the skis is defective. An e-mail and 2 phone calls over 2 weeks with no response from them. It appears right now that they have no interest in customer service. I want others to be aware of this so you don't have the same problem. I would not recomend them.
