f 16 Pilot Identified

DELTA COUNTY, Mich. (WFRV) – The Wisconsin Air National Guard’s 115th Fighter Wing identified today the pilot who died in an F-16 crash in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.

The pilot was Air Force Capt. Durwood “Hawk” Jones, 37, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, who is survived by his wife and two children.

And that's a darn shame to lose a father and a husband at this time of year. RIP Sir

Very sad indeed. The news last night said they live in Sun Prairie and that they had a candlelight vigil. As pclark mentioned hits close when you know some in the ara that serve. RIP in peace sir.
