F5 Not Getting Much Power

I have a '03 F5 and it doesn't seem to not be getting the power it should. I cleaned the power-valves over the summer and that seemed to help it a little bit but it still only gets around 8100 RPM at full throttle and that around 75ish MPH, is this normal? Does anyone have any information that might help, or has this happened to anyone else?

thats low RPM and speed. Yours valves are clean can you get it up on a stand check that their working. do the normal stuff clean the carbs and clutches.One more thing check for clog in your exhasust. If still not right get the TPS checked out.
