Fundraiser Auction - Sweetheart Dance

February each year the White Thunder Riders holds its annual auction to raise grooming funds.

This season's auction will be at 3:00PM February 14th, 2015 at a new location, the Iron County Memorial Building (American Legion Hall) in Hurley WI with a sweethear dance to follow. Trail access can be found from Jerrys Amoco and will be signed the day of the Auction, so place the date on your riding calandar!

Auction items are donated by area business and individuals. The major items (snowmobile gear, gift certificates, tavern-wear, household items) are "live-bid" during the event.

We will also have raffles for larger items and door prizes available for items valued less than $20.00.

Dinner will be served by Scotti Pecotti and music provided by Uncle Fester 8-12:00PM.

Anyone can help the White Thunder Riders raise grooming funds by donating items to the auction! Out of town sledders are encouraged to donate and also attend the auction. The Club will be selling Beer, Wine and a few liquor selections.

Just a quick shout out to the White Thunder Riders on a job well done. We had a big group up riding this weekend, and with the lack
of snow recently, coupled with a few warm ups, and tons of sled traffic, we came in with an open mind...hope for the best, but
prepared for the worst. 90% of the trails we hit were in great shape. We passed the groomer numerous times, so I saw first hand
how hard they are working with what they have to work with. If you can make this auction to support this group, please do so.
They're out there busting their hump to give us the best trails possible, and are doing a fantastic job. Thanks to all in your club for a
very good weekend of riding!
