How do you get the snow off the platform with no tracks around and no trace of activity???? Show me the pic of the pile 10 feet high next to the house where you store the snow... LOL
What, can't ya see John's super dooper Rube Goldberg-esque "windshield wiper on steroids" automated snow shelf sweeper-offer device attached to the far side of the snow shelf?
It is not from that company (mine was actually made by the Lake Linden/Hubbell high school shop class), but it is a device just like that.
I just rake it off. You can see a slight lump directly in front of the instrument shelter and there are some lumps of snow behind it (not by the snow stick!) that are from me raking the snow off. Look after a big snowfall and you will see the raked off snow more noticeably.

Actually I might have guessed it was the Silver Bear roof rake. (Close, eh?)
But I've always been a Rube Goldberg fan! (Of course few people these days have even heard of him!)
