Filter Pods

Thinking of removing stock airbox and using filter pods on carbs instead. The air intake foam is constantly getting clogged with snow (poo edge chassis) as I ride the deep more than anything. Besides the obvious relocation of coil and ign box, has there been any other problems when anyone has done this?

Add some pre filter material to your intake to keep the snow out. With the stock air box your sucking cold air in from the outside= better horse power. Pod filters are sucking warm air in from under the hood= less horse power. On my wedge chassis I had to add pre filter material to the intake to keep snow out and it made a huge diference.
