Wanted to give a shout out to them. My sons heated shield stopped working while we were riding. We weren't far from Curtis, so we headed there to see if they could fix it. I went to the parts counter asked the guy if they could look at. He told me pull around to the service area and he would meet me there. He tested the outlet and found no power. He changed the 5amp fuse and all was good. Asked what i owed them he said "nothing at all, have a safe ride". Just wanted to publicly say "THANK YOU".

Yeah, good place.
After constantly trying to figure out if my shield was getting power, I wired a small LED light to the heated plug shield on my sled so that I can tell.
Make sure your son is disconnecting the shield properly and not letting a male plug bounce off metal on the sled.

We ended up north of there and I got caught on a stump and blew a top boggie. I called down there, and they put one aside at the gas station after hours for me. Saved the next day for sure
