I was about to ask for more info thought $500 a month was a good deal. lol $500 a week...... no way lots of alternatives for FL rentals for March & April. Let me know if you want to be more realistic for a 2 month rental in very depressed FL market?

cmon guys,probably a time share condo,typically pretty nice,ocean front.not a bad price for a week.could get expensive if nothing else comes with it though.spring break,couple buddies,could be fun.

Spring Break?? oh yea!! is the price the same during spring break? I will send half the neighborhood kids down there if that is the case. How many does it fit? Not sleep, but fit? What is my cost per body to stuff all these teens in the hood in your place. I have a few junkers to loan them to get there............Just kidding. the price is good for that area. my Mother is down the street from there and it is to close for me. lol a cheap motel cost more than that.

Look around I can rent furnished beachfront 2 bed 2 bath condo with loft in St Augustine, FL for $700 for April & $350 1st 2 weeks in May. Really a lot more condo than we need but price is right & beautiful place. Plenty of condo rentals in FL sooooooooo depressed you can name your price & they are happy to get it. FL makes UPMI look like a boom town. 16 % unemployment in St John's & Flaggler counties bad times for sure boom to bust.
