John- When you say 8-12" on day 2 and day 3 does that actually mean 8-12" each day or all togeather. Each day meaning after two days they could have 16-24"?

The values on each map are for the 24 hour time frame ending on the day noted.

So if an area has 8-12 one day and 8-12 another, then the combined totals could be in the 16-24" range.
