Ford Auto Locking hubs 2004 F250 HELP!

my hubs are screwed up due to the autolock feature which uses a vacuume feature that I want to eliminate. has anyone bought the Warn or Mile Marker brand? and do they just bolt right on?

Warn makes kits to switch these over I think. I put one in a 1995 150. Everything that I needed including the lock out hubs was in the kit. If I remember you need the special spanner socket to take it apart.

warn was what I used on an older ranger they worked great. X'2 on the special tool, looks like a big socket with 4 teeth.

My brother used the Warners on his Ranger worked great you will need the special socket.

manual hubs

you can replace the autolock hubs with the ford hubs , they are available as manual or vacuum autolock. the locking hub body is the same but says manual lock hub, direct replace , these guys are talking about older trucks, where you bought the warn manual hubs to replace the auto hubs. i can look up ford part number tomorrow if you like , jim
