Found a project sled need help!!!

I found a 2003 xcsp edge used it has 2,100 miles and looks real clean. Previous owner claims he ditched it into the woods cracked the hood and dented the stock can. It has a new slp can is studded. He has a brand new hood that was never attached and it is painted to match. I am calling the dealer for a price on the stickers but would guess around 6 hundred dollars. I can do the repairs and I need to see the sled up close to inspect the other stuff. What do you guys think a fair price would be this time of year. This looks like the perfect project for the right price. He sounded anxious especially with the thermometer pushin 50 today!!! Stickers were $300.

IF thats all thats wrong with it, and it looks like something you want, offer him 1500 and go from there. In decent shape and depending on the motor size, those things are still bringing a good buck. 2500 - 3400.
