Funny story bout my Grandpa

So for years this story gets brought up about my Grandpa and his 1st trip with his new Pantera. It was the 70's mind you. A new pantera was as good as it gets. He headed to the yucatan supper club which is about 25 miles by sled. He ordered a steak supper. Couldn't finish the steak so he wrapped it in a napkin and walked out to his sled and put it in the storage compartment at the back of the seat. He then went back in for a few more cocktails and when he returned his seat was chewed up and his steak was missing. Turns out there was a hungry dog at the supper club that night. Chewed up his seat to get at that steak. Sounded a little far fetched but hey its snowmobiling you know how stories go... So we run a family business that was actually started by my grandpa and I was in a dark dingy storage space and what do I find?? The said seat cover that dog chewed up. PROOF my dad said. Lol. Not in to bad of shape other than the back corner. Anyone need a seat cover for a late 70's pantera?? Mint condition other than the back right corner LOL..... Well you can't blame the dog for going after a piece of steak and besides everyone knows Dogs Hate Cats! :)

Agreed, a good story. I'd like to read more of that and less of the negative back and forth stuff as of late.

Slimcake, you didn't say who got the rest of the steak, Gramps or the Dog?

That's a great story!

Edit:
Isn't it funny how our parents/grand parents kept EVERYTHING? I can relate to him keeping that cover for all these years, as my dad does the same thing with crap he has!!

The dog got the steak. However as the story goes... The supperclub owner bought him a new seat cover. Like that would happen nowadays.... Funny stuff.
