Fusion side panels

Has anyone had problems with the side panels comeing loose or falling off. H aving this happening on my '06 Swithback when riding rougher trails and off trail. If so what have you done to solve this problem.

I tipped my sled on its side one time and broke a plastic clip off one of the panels. All I did was wrap a bungee cord around it some how to hold it in place until I bought a new one. There are pretty expensive though. I know they have some side black panels on ebay right now. When you get to the parts section type in the search bar fusion or switchback.

I just checked to confirm my last statement. There is a left and right side panel on ebay right now, will be there for 6 days. $55.00 plus $13 for shipping. Not a bad price. Color Black

I guess I should explain my problem better. The side panels are fine its just that they pop out of place and fall off. Looking to see if anyone has made any modifications to prevent this from happening.

Never had this happen and i have a 06 fusion and a 06 rmk dragon. the fusion and dragon panels are different, which ones do you have?

I have a '06 Switchback. Some of our trails here get pretty rough, I can't tell if I have something out of line but the tabs will pop out of place. I even had the rightside come off twice so far. Looking for possibly a salution to prevent this from happening again.

I also have an 06 fusion and they are a real pain in the but to get off let alone just falling off. Could your sled be tweeked a bit?

Possibly it might tweeked. Thinking of trying to find zseus type clips or another rubber hood strap. With the season winding down I can figure something out. Thank god for 100 mph duct tape.
